Shipping Policy
We make every attempt to ship out orders within 1-2 days. In case of an unusually long delay, we will communicate to you the expected ship date. We use USPS as our primary delivery service.
Return Policy
Only items purchased directly from Cocoozy are eligible to be returned. Any Cocoozy merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the place of purchase. Please contact Cocoozy before attempting to return any items, as you will first need to acquire an authorization code. We will not process any unsolicited returns. Authorized returns must be made promptly, within 7 days of receiving your authorization code in the condition they were received, i.e. items must be returned unused, in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt and your authorization code. We will not refund any used or damaged items and will not ship them back. Sale items as well as shipping fees are non-refundable. Also please note that all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
